Bring your favorite Valentine for an evening of decadence and fun! Begin the experience tasting single origin warm drinking chocolates from around the world. Then participate in a special one hour Chocolate Lab class where you’ll have the chance to hand-roll traditional dark chocolate ganache, coat them in your choice of milk and white chocolate, then finish with a sweet array of toppings.

Each guest will package their delicious truffles in a charming box and receive a personalized milk chocolate bar and a long-stemmed red rose to take home. Participants will also enjoy learning about the courtship and marriage of Milton and Catherine Hershey, as well as how chocolate is grown and processed.
